The LGBTQ+ Center of Southern Nevada, known as The Center, is a nonprofit community hub in downtown Las Vegas that serves as a safe haven for LGBTQ+ people and their allies across Southern Nevada. Since 1993, The Center has provided free and low-cost programs focused on health and wellness, social services, advocacy, arts and culture, and community-building for youth, adults, seniors, veterans, people living with HIV, people with disabilities, and other underserved groups. Located at 401 S. Maryland Parkway, the organization offers services such as support groups, HIV and STI testing, wellness clinics, educational workshops, and the nationally accredited Center Advocacy Network for LGBTQ+-focused victim advocacy, all in a welcoming space that empowers individuals to live authentically.
